In accordance with the provisions of Articles 28.6, 39.6 and concordants of the Law of Cantabria 1/2018, of March 21, on Transparency of Public Activity, we inform that the annual remuneration received by the Head of the General Management Body amounts to 60.000 euros
The participation project of JC Navalips S.L., to obtain certifications as a manufacturer of bronze parts by DNV and LR, has been co-financed by Sodercan, S.A. through the line of subsidies CERTIFICATIONS FOR COMPETITIVE IMPROVEMENT AND ENTRY INTO NEW MARKETS 2023 with 60% of the total cost, with €796.80 being the amount granted, not having obtained other aid for the same purpose.
SMART ENGINEERING
The company has launched the “SMART ENGINEERING” project, which has contemplated the following actions:
- Implement a complete Creaform 3D laser scanner system with Polyworks software, to significantly improve the measurement process of propellers, blades, and parts with complex geometry.
- Improvements in the MES Bital system and its Connection to ODOO.
Incorporate a complete backup system with a NAS system. - The objective of the project as a whole is to increase the competitiveness of the company, with the incorporation of advanced technologies of industry 4.0.
The results of the project have been the following:
- Have a technologically advanced system for measuring laser scanning of parts in 3D, which significantly improves this operation, increasing its precision, reducing scanning times, improving this measurement with a degree of efficiency that satisfies NATO requirements. And it also serves to improve work times in roughing and final finishing. Therefore, this action has a great influence on reducing the lead time of the manufacturing process.
- Improvements to the MES Bital system and data connection to ODOO of the consumption of each colada.
- Security at the company’s technical and management information, through the acquisition of a NAS system to perform backups.
- As a whole, the project improves the competitiveness of JC Navalips, saves time and costs in the scanning process, reduces work deadlines and increases the quality of the operations and parts produced.
The company has received aid co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the FEDER Operational Program of Cantabria 2021-2027 through the industry 4.0 subsidy line. The total budget for it has been €162,364.03.
The participation project of JC Navalips S.L., for the Creation of a WEBSITE AND ON-LINE POSITIONING (SEO) has been co-financed by Sodercan, S.A. through the DIGITIZE TO GROW 2023 line of subsidies with 60% of the total cost, with €1,797 being the amount granted, not having obtained other aid for the same purpose.
